Mackenzie and Amber's character study

 WALT-infer characters thoughts and feelings. acknwledge how a character reacts to unique situations in a narrative text.

Reflection-  I enjoyed writing about all the stories but I found it a bit hard to write the facts for some of them. next time I feel like I can improve on writing more facts.

Mackenzie and Amber narrative script

WALT-write a script to support your narrative.   Reflection- We made a script to support our narrative. We took turns writing and reading it so it was fair. It was fun writing the narrative with Amber!

WALT-Write a narrative around a value or a moral.   Reflection-  I found it a bit hard to think about what to write. But Amber came up with an idea and I enjoyed making it with her.

Olympic writing

WALT-

Write to inform our audience about either an athlete or an sport at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics . Follow the information report structure.

Reflection-  I had to write three paragraph about artistic gymnastic. The first paragraph was about how to win and how to play. The second one was about the history of artistic gymnastic sport. The last paragraph is about a famous player of your sports and how many medals they have.

Camera angles

WALT- Refresh our knowledge around camera angles. Analyse how we use camera angles in different situations in our films.

Reflection- I learnt that with a close up shot it doesn't always have to be a person's face.

 WALT- Read to find information and question what the Plus / Minus and Interesting facts are about Japan hosting the Olympics in 2021

 

Reflection- I Learnt that there are so many different  sports in the 2020 Olympics.

Maths art

 WALT- Enlarge an image using a scale of 1:2.5

Reflection- We started off with a small piece of paper with what we were going to draw on it. Then we drew a 1 Centimetre grid over our picture. After we drew our grid we had to enlarge it on a 2.5 Centimetre paper. When we finished enlarging our picture we coloured it in.
